i am sure that you have many offers for the phones. but i am definately interested in purchasing 8 pcs.

1. shipment as i am in austria, pretty near to italy, there is no need for air-shipment. so dhl would be o.k.

2. payment as italy and austria are countries inside the eu it would be best, cheapest and nearly as fast to make a normal account-transfer. but: in this case i have no securities that i will get the phones? how can we arrange that?

3. insurance o.k.

4. return policy if the phones are not working i am not willing to pay the return shipping as this is not my fault. in this case you would have to pay for shipping and insurance.

please let me know how we can go on.

2. PAYMENT :

For payment, the fastest ways to send money worldwide are Western Union wire transfer. To arrange the transfer, you must go in person to an Western Union agent (you cannot send money online to my country, but please visit www.westernunion.com or to find the nearest agent and hours of operation).

From Western Union , you will receive a number (MTCN - Money Transfer Control Number), you must send me that number as soon as you have arranged the payment so I can go to www.westernunion.com to see i f the transaction is arranged. As soon as I have verifyed the transaction, I will ship you the package with all the accesories with the delivery service selected by you.

For the reason that you will pay some money for the Western Union wire transfer fee, I will cover shipping and insurance.

3. INSURANCE

The package will be insured at the delivery service. If somethig happens on the road , you will receive the insurance from the delivery service.

4. RETURN POLICY

As soon as the package arrives, you will test the product and if it does not matches 100% to your expectations, you will return it in max. 5 days sience the arrival date. In this case I will send you the full amount back and you will send me the product in the original box and you will pay the return shipping and insurance.

For your worrys i have a solution:

If you are really interested and because we both want a safe transaction, here is what I believe to be the safest yet fastest possible way to complete this deal:

Instead of sending the money directly to me which offers no protection for you I suggest you to send the money through Western Union because this is the fastest way having Italy as the country of destination but using your father's name or any name you want as the receiver.

After doing that just email me the Money Transfer Control Number and the name you have used to allow me to check the transfer at the local Western Union agent. If everything is OK, I'll ship you the product through UPS 2 days fully insured next morning.

After you receive and inspect your package just call your local Western Union agent and change the receiver's name that you have used with my name to allow me to pick up the money!

This way, although I cannot collect the money I have the proof that you are serious about this deal.

The main idea about this method is that is much faster than other services (like escrow or ups cod), but at the same time is just as secure. Moreover you are in perfect control over the transaction until you receive the package!

I have used this method in the past and it worked perfectly and i assure you that it is 100% safe. This is actually what you want, isn't it? I would also like to note that this method puts the burden on the seller in this case and not on the buyer.

Hopefully that puts you at ease a little. I am a man of my word and will withhold my end of the bargain. Let me know what you think.
